Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment
- Entered
on the National Training Information Service and

recognised under the 'Children's Services Act' - Vic & NSW.
- Your
Statement of Attainment will be valid for 1 year.
Competencies to be achieved during the training:
At the successful completion of this course you will be able
to:
1.
Assess the situation
2.
Provide appropriate first aid
treatment for anaphylactic reaction.
3.
Communicate details of the incident.
4.
Evaluate first aid response to
anaphylactic reaction.
Assessment Procedure:
You will be assessed at the end of the course to show your
instructor that you have an appropriate understanding of the procedures
necessary to manage a life-threatening situation.
This will consist of:
- Theory
assessment paper
- Demonstration
of correct administration of first aid treatment for anaphylaxis.
You must attend all the session and pass each section to
qualify and be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
