Medical Rescue is an experienced provider of remote Urgent Care Medical Centres. The company have Urgent Care Centres across Australia and New Zealand including at some of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest ski resorts and remote construction projects.
The company employ over 100 clinical doctors, nurses and paramedics to resource our medical facilities and look after more than 8000 trauma patients each year.
All urgent care medical centres are equipped to the appropriate standards and staffed with suitably qualified personnel. The same clinical governance and audit processes applied to our rescue helicopter and air ambulance services apply to our urgent care centres.
Medical Rescue holds accreditation with QLD Health to operate a commercial Paramedic Service and holds the necessary poisons permits with every state it operates in. This allows all our staff to carry all the necessary equipment and medications to handle any emergency situation in the out of hospital environment.
